Practices exclusively in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on Personal Injury law. Typical clients include those injured from car and motorcycle accidents, dog bites, and serious falls. Justin is also experienced in insurance disputes such as fire claims and bad faith.

Justin Jones is a lifelong resident of South Carolina and has lived most of his life in Lancaster County. He currently resides in Indian Land, South Carolina, with his wife, Kiswuana, and their three children Eli, Price, and Jonah. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina in 2010, and his law degree in 2013, also from the University of South Carolina.
After law school, Justin worked at the Public Defender’s offices in Lancaster and Chester Counties. While there, he spent time as a member of the Lancaster and Chester County Disabilities and Special Needs Board. Justin was also a staff attorney at the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs before joining Craig Wilkerson’s office. Since joining the office, Justin has been fortunate enough to be recognized as one of The National Top 40 under 40 Black Lawyers, as well as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
